The floor takes more abuse than any other part of a tent, but the Trail Ridge Footprint by Kelty will protect it by providing another layer between the tent floor and the ground. Designed for use with the Trail Ridge Tents, the footprint is made of 1800mm waterproof polyurethane-coated nylon taffeta. Corner tabs with grommets attach to the tent poles to keep the footprint securely in place, and it is purposely made a bit smaller than the tent floor to keep rain from pooling under the tent.
